Four Seasons 7 Gift Certificates Program

• All Gift Certigicates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and all Gift Certificates are subject to verification at the time of booking.
• Four Seasons 7 Gift Certificates may be redeemed for full/part payment against goods and/or services at Four Seasons 7.
• Only one transaction per Four Seasons 7 Gift Certificate is permitted.
• It is up to the Customer to use the Gift Certificate’s full value. Any unused balance on the Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed at Four Seasons 7.
• Gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Four Seasons 7 will not take any responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged Gift Certificate. Only original Gift Certificate will be accepted and no photocopies will be accepted.
• Four Seasons 7 will have their own terms and conditions, which cover the use of their services and goods, such as cancellation fees and/or minimum cancellation periods. It is also at the discretion of the Four Seasons 7 as to what services and products Four Seasons 7 Gift Certificates can be used against. Customers should make themselves aware of the Four Season’s terms surrounding the use of Four Season Gift Certificate before making an appointment, as they will be binding on the Customer.
• All bookings/appointments are made between the Customer and the Four Season directly. Four Season accepts no responsibility and will give no refunds in the event that the Four Season is unavailable on the desired dates.

Refunds

• You are entitled to return a Four Season Gift Certificate within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the face value of the voucher. In this case, all refunds will be made to the person who purchased the Four Season Gift Certificate and will be made within 30 days of notification of cancellation and receipt of the original Four Seasons 7 Gift Certificate. However, after this 14 day period, Four Seasons 7 will be unable to refund any payments made.
• To request a refund please contact us at info@fourseasons7.com and include the order number, voucher code, reason for refund and return your Four Seasons 7 Gift Certificate via Registered Post to Four Season7.

Expired Gift Certificate

• Four Seasons 7 have the right to refuse an expired Four Seasons 7 Gift Certificate presented to them as form of payment.
• Expired Four Seasons 7 Gift Certificates can be reissued for a charge of $5 the face value of the certificate. A re-issued voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of re-issue and will be minus $5 of the original value. This charge is to cover postage, printing and administration costs and is non-negotiable.
• To request a re-issue of your expired voucher, please inform us at info@fourseasons7.com and include the order number, certificate code and a return postage address. Then return your Four Seasons 7 Gift Certificate via Registered Post to Four Seasons 7.

Fraud

• Four Seasons 7 reserves the right to cancel or decline a Four Seasons 7 Gift Certificate that has been purchased from anywhere other than the official Four Seasons 7 website.
• Four Seasons 7 will not accept responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of whatsoever nature, consequential or otherwise, arising from or in connection with the use or purchase of fraudulent or counterfeit Four Seasons 7 Gift Certificates.
